From Heartbreak to Wholeness

Begin Your Journey

Your heart is carrying something it hasn't had space to say yet.

Do any of these Feel Familiar?

- You've been trying to "move on," but the ache keeps finding you

- You're functioning on the outside, but barely holding it together within

- You want to feel whole again, but you don't know where to start

- You replay what happened, searching for where things went wrong

- You miss them, then miss yourself, and are unsure which hurts more

You're not broken. And you never were.

You're simply in the process of remembering who you are.

Heartbreak isn't just the end of a relationship. It's a disruption of the story you thought your life was telling. The grief, the confusion, the self-questioning... All of it is real, and all of it is asking to be witnessed.

This journal doesn't ask you to get over it. It asks you to go through it.

Gently, honestly, and at your own pace, until you arrive back home to yourself.

Introducing

From Heartbreak to Wholeness – A 21-Day Guided Journal

This journal is not a blank notebook. It's a structured, therapeutically-informed journey that holds your hand through three distinct phases of healing. From sitting with the pain, to reclaiming your power, to rebuilding a relationship with yourself rooted in love rather than loss.

Each day brings a focused journaling prompt, an optional affirmation, and a small ritual or somatic practice to support what your words are releasing.

You don't need to have journaled before.

You just need to show up.

Your three-week journey, one honest page at a time

What's inside

week 1: Feel it to heal it

This week is about honoring your emotions without shame or rush. Emotional healing begins not by fixing what hurts, but by witnessing it. You'll move through the ache, the anger, and the confusion, letting your pages hold what your heart can't carry alone.

Where it hurts

What I miss, what I needed

The stories I've been telling myself

Permission to grieve

The moment it changed

The truth behind the pain

Rage & release

Week 2: Reclaiming Yourself

This week, you begin to shift. Not because you're "over it," but because something within you is ready to come back to life. You'll call back the energy you gave away, examine the patterns beneath the pain, and start writing the next chapter from a place of self-respect.

The power I gave away

I forgive myself

Breaking the pattern

The whisper within

Rewriting the ending

Releasing what's not mine

Thank you, pain

Week 3: Becoming Whole again

The final week is about deepening self-love, rebuilding confidence, and rising renewed. This isn't about fixing what's "wrong" with you: it's about remembering what's always been right. You'll define self-love on your own terms and close with a declaration that belongs entirely to you.

I am my own home

Mirror work

My future self

A new chapter begins

Self-love, redefined

My inner love language

My self-love manifesto

What shifts in 21 Days

Where you may be now

Where you may be now

Where you may be now

  • Carrying the weight of it alone
  • Replaying the ending, looking for answers
  • Blaming yourself or feeling lost
  • Searching for safety outside yourself
  • Afraid the pain will last forever
  • Disconnected from who you were before

Where you are going

Where you may be now

Where you may be now

  • Holding your own heart with compassion
  • Finding clarity in what the experience revealed
  • Releasing what was never yours to carry
  • Becoming your own safe place
  • Trusting that healing is already happening
  • Coming home to yourself, deeper than before

Your Guide

Lovingly created by someone who has done this work herself

My name is Sofie Angevaare, and I'm a Certified Journal Therapy Coach and CBT Coach. This journal was born from my own lived experience with heartbreak, emotional burnout, and the courageous, quiet work of returning to myself.

Journaling has been my safe haven for as long as I can remember, and after studying Journal Therapy, I finally understood why it had always helped me so much, and how to make it an even more powerful tool for healing.

Everything in this journal comes from that: therapeutic writing, somatic practices, cognitive behavioral techniques, and deep emotional work, woven together into a path you can walk at your own pace.

You don't need to be a writer. You don't need to have it together. You just need to be willing to show up for yourself, one honest page at a time.

I've tried journaling before and always stopped after a few days because I didn't know what to write. This journal told me exactly where to go. Week 2 cracked something open in me that I didn't even know I was carrying.

Simone

I love that there's no pressure. Sofie's voice throughout feels like a gentle friend who understands. I printed the whole journal and worked through it over about five weeks. The closing reflection made me realise how far I'd actually come.

Ayu

Day 11 (Releasing What's Not Mine) was the one that made me cry and feel lighter at the same time. I didn't realise how much of my heartbreak was grief for things that were never actually mine to hold.

A few things you might be wondering

Not at all. Every entry is fully guided. You're never left staring at a blank page wondering what to write. All you need to bring is your honesty and a willingness to show up for yourself.

This journal draws on therapeutic approaches — including Journal Therapy and CBT — but it is not a substitute for professional mental health support. If you're going through a particularly difficult time, it can be a beautiful complement to therapy, not a replacement for it.

Absolutely not. Healing is never linear, and this journal is designed to meet you where you are. You can move through it day by day, or take more space between prompts. What matters is that you show up — gently and consistently, not perfectly.

The journal is a downloadable PDF. Printing it is lovingly recommended because there's something uniquely powerful about writing by hand. Studies show that handwriting activates deeper regions of the brain connected to memory, emotion, and self-awareness. That said, you can also write in your own notebook alongside the digital version. What matters most is how you show up, not where you write.

Yes. This journal was written for anyone experiencing heartbreak — the end of a relationship, the weight of unspoken disappointment, or the quiet ache of disconnection from yourself. The prompts speak to loss in its many forms.

The relationship that will shape your future the most is the one you have with yourself.
