What Is the InnerTale Method™?

The InnerTale Method™ is a guided journaling approach that combines mindful awareness, body-based practices, and therapeutic journaling to help you process emotions, gain clarity, and rewrite the inner stories that shape your life.


At its core, the method is about making subconscious stories and beliefs conscious, safely expressing and releasing emotions through a combination of somatic exercises, meditations and handwriting, and then rewriting outdated or unhelpful inner narratives in a loving, compassionate, and self-empowering way.
